The fossil fuel industry can capture methane emissions and repurpose those captured.

It's a step in the wrong direction. We really, really need to stop methane releases because they cause a lot of heating in a short time.

You might not think climate change is a big deal, but it is. Fossil fuel production should be a dying industry. Switch to wind - there's lots of it in Texas!

Fossil fuels should cost more so that people choose the cleaner alternatives. Charging fees for fossil methane leaks makes sense and will lead to better technology overall.

Regulations like methane fees lead to higher energy bills. Most people just can't afford that.
